Hyperfit is proud to announce the return of our popular Young Guns Holiday Camp. Sessions will focus on skill development and conditioning.

The camps consist of skill development and conditioning, emphasizing:

Skating and edge control drills

Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving and shooting skills

High tempo flow and battle drills, focusing on angling and gap control

On-ice skill development and battle drills

Strength, speed-power, and endurance dry land training
-
Games with referees

Camp jersey included

8:30 am - 10:00 am On-Ice Skill Development
10:15 am - 11:15 am Fitness
11:30 pm - 12:15 pm Lunch
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm Game with referee
1:45 pm - 2:30 pm Cool down / Yoga
